Apaltagua Pinot Noir Reserva

The wine possesses a clear, brilliant ruby red colour and it emphasizes aromas of cherries and raspberries, well combined with soft notes of oak. In the palate the wine boasts smooth and elegant tannins followed by a sophisticated finish. The wine is harvested by hand in March, where the must is infused with its skins for 3 days at low temperatures. 30% of the wine is aged in oak barrels for 6 to 8 months, then the final blend is finally cellared in bottles for 6 months before its launch to market.
